Description:

hsa_circ_0006006 is up-regulated in NSCLC and further elevated in cisplatin (DDP)-resistant settings (patients’ serum and A549/DDP cells). Functional assays show that hsa_circ_0006006 promotes DDP resistance by enhancing colony formation/proliferation and modulating apoptosis. Clinically, high hsa_circ_0006006 correlates with poor survival and shows diagnostic potential for NSCLC and DDP resistance.
