Description:

In early-onset schizophrenia, hsa-circ-0000713 (from NFATC3) is up-regulated and acts as a ceRNA sponge for hsa-miR-370-3p, thereby relieving repression of ANK3 and MGLL. The axis shows consistent expression changes in patient blood plasma and in rat prefrontal cortex in MAM and Poly I:C models, suggesting involvement in abnormal prefrontal cortex development and EOS pathogenesis.
