Silencing circNfix with a BSJ-targeting GapmeR reduces Ntrk2 protein and improves BPD-associated alveolar injury, with increased proliferation and angiogenesis/vasculogenesis in treated BPD male pups; the axis is also supported in human male infant BPD lung samples. |
