Description:

CircHIPK3 is down-regulated in bladder cancer tissues and cell lines and its low expression is associated with gemcitabine insensitivity. Overexpression of circHIPK3 re-sensitizes gemcitabine-resistant BC cells by lowering gemcitabine IC50, reducing viability, and increasing apoptosis, while the mechanism is not experimentally established in this work.
