| Description: |
This pan-cancer bioinformatics study reports that CDR1as is aberrantly expressed across human cancers and is higher in metastasis sites than primary sites. Enrichment and ceRNA-network analyses suggest CDR1as may modulate the tumor microenvironment by sponging multiple miRNAs (including miR-7-5p and miR-1299) and influencing genes involved in TGF-beta signaling and ECM-receptor interaction, which correlates with altered immune/stromal infiltration. |
