low circSLC22A3 expression is associated with shorter overall survival and is an independent prognostic factor in ESCC |
| Description: |
circSLC22A3 is down-regulated in ESCC and acts as a tumor suppressor by inhibiting migration, invasion, and lung metastasis. Mechanistically, it sponges miR-19b-3p to increase TRAK2 expression and also binds IGF2BP1 to reduce m6A-dependent ACSBG1 mRNA stability, decreasing ACSBG1 and suppressing metastatic behavior. Low circSLC22A3 expression is associated with shorter overall survival in ESCC patients. |
