Description:

In HCC treated with 125I seeds or X-ray irradiation, circEYA3 is upregulated and promotes radioresistance. It binds the RBP IGF2BP2 and enhances IGF2BP2-mediated stabilization of DTX3L mRNA, alleviating radiation-induced DNA damage and reducing apoptosis under irradiation.
