Description:

circARHGAP5 is down-regulated in cisplatin-resistant CSCC tissues and acts as a tumor-suppressive circRNA that increases cisplatin sensitivity. It binds AUF1 in the cytoplasm, limiting AUF1-mediated BIM mRNA decay, thereby elevating BIM and promoting cisplatin-induced apoptosis while reducing proliferation and drug resistance.
