Description:

CircITGA7 is downregulated in bladder cancer and functions as a tumor suppressor by sponging miR-330-3p, thereby relieving repression of KLF10. Overexpression of circITGA7 inhibits proliferation, migration, invasion in vitro and suppresses xenograft tumor growth, and higher circITGA7 expression correlates with better overall survival.
