Description:

circCEACAM5 is up-regulated in pancreatic cancer tissues/cell lines and promotes proliferation, migration, invasion and tumor growth while inhibiting apoptosis. Mechanistically, METTL3 installs m6A on circCEACAM5 to increase its level, and circCEACAM5 binds the RBP DKC1 to elevate DKC1 expression, contributing to malignant progression and poor clinical outcomes.
