Description:

Circ_0003028 is up-regulated in NSCLC tissues and promotes malignant phenotypes by enhancing proliferation and glycolytic capacity while inhibiting apoptosis in NSCLC cells. Mechanistically, it is mainly cytoplasmic and is proposed to sponge miR-1305 and miR-1322 to increase SLC5A1 expression, contributing to increased glycolysis. Clinically, higher circ_0003028 expression is associated with poorer overall survival and shows diagnostic potential.
