Description:

In nasopharyngeal carcinoma, circCCNB1 is down-regulated and suppresses vasculogenic mimicry. Mechanistically, circCCNB1 sequesters the RBP NF90, relieving NF90-mediated inhibition of pri-miR-15b and pri-miR-7-1 processing, thereby increasing miR-15b-5p/miR-7-1-3p and repressing CALU, KIF1B and POLR3G to reduce VM markers.
