Description:

circFBXW4 is down-regulated in colorectal cancer and functions as a tumor suppressor. It mainly localizes to the cytoplasm and acts as a ceRNA by sponging miR-338-5p, thereby relieving repression of SLC5A7 and inhibiting CRC cell proliferation, migration/invasion while promoting apoptosis, including suppression of xenograft tumor growth.
