circPSD3 is up-regulated in papillary thyroid carcinoma and promotes malignant phenotypes (proliferation, migration/invasion, and tumor growth) while inhibiting apoptosis. Mechanistically, it functions as a ceRNA by sponging miR-526b to increase RAP2A expression, and BRAF overexpression suppresses this circPSD3/miR-526b/RAP2A axis.
