circCCT3 is up-regulated in CD138+ plasma cells from MM compared with SMM and shows diagnostic separation of MM vs SMM by ROC analysis. High circCCT3 expression is associated with better PFS and OS and further stratifies R-ISS stage II patients as a favorable prognostic biomarker.
