Description:

In hepatocellular carcinoma, circDDX21 is upregulated and promotes glycolysis and tumor growth. It binds the RBP PABPC1, reduces MKRN3-mediated PABPC1 ubiquitination, enhances PABPC1 binding to PGAM1 mRNA, and stabilizes PGAM1 mRNA to increase PGAM1 expression.
