It predominantly localizes in the cytoplasm, sponges miR-422a, and thereby increases SKP2 expression to promote RB cell proliferation. Silencing circ_ODC1 increases miR-422a and suppresses RB cell growth, while SKP2 overexpression partly rescues this effect. |
