Description:

circ-ATP8A2 is up-regulated in cervical cancer tissues and cell lines and its high expression is associated with aggressive clinicopathologic features and poor overall survival. Functionally, circ-ATP8A2 promotes proliferation, migration and invasion while inhibiting apoptosis. Mechanistically, it acts as a ceRNA for miR-433 to increase EGFR expression and drive cervical cancer cell progression.
