| Description: |
This study reports that exosomal circRNA_051778 is significantly down-regulated in lung adenocarcinoma-associated malignant pleural effusion compared with tuberculous pleural effusion. A predicted circRNA-miRNA-mRNA network (five candidate miRNAs and 2852 intersecting mRNA targets) and GO/KEGG enrichment suggest possible involvement in signal transduction and cancer-related pathways. circRNA_051778 shows diagnostic value for distinguishing LA-MPE from TPE, especially combined with TCT, ESR, and TBA. |
