Description:

circFBXL5 is up-regulated in breast cancer, especially in 5-FU-resistant cells, and promotes 5-FU resistance, migration/invasion, and tumor growth while inhibiting apoptosis. Mechanistically, it sponges miR-216b to de-repress HMGA2, forming a circFBXL5/miR-216b/HMGA2 axis.
