Description:

circGDI2 is down-regulated in OSCC tissues and cell lines and acts as a tumour suppressor. It directly binds the FTO protein, stabilizes it against degradation, reduces cellular m6A methylation, and thereby inhibits OSCC cell proliferation, migration, invasion and xenograft tumorigenesis.
