Description:

In gastric cancer, hsa_circ_0008719 is down-regulated in patient tumor tissues but is upregulated by TOB1 in gastric cancer cells/exosomes. It localizes mainly in the cytoplasm and acts as a sponge for miR-3615; exosomal delivery of hsa_circ_0008719 suppresses proliferation and enhances autophagy in recipient gastric cancer cells.
