| Clinical significance: |
gastric cancer patients with high circTSN levels had a significantly worse outcome |
| Description: |
circTSN is up-regulated in gastric cancer tissues and cell lines and mainly localizes to the cytoplasm. It promotes GC cell proliferation and migration/metastasis and enhances tumor growth in vivo by sponging miR-1825 to upregulate SLC38A2 (circTSN/miR-1825/SLC38A2 axis). High circTSN expression is associated with worse overall survival. |
