Exosomal hsa_circ_0029325 is up-regulated in HCC (plasma and tissue-derived exosomes) and higher expression is associated with higher recurrence and worse overall survival after curative resection. It serves as an independent prognostic factor and improves prediction performance when incorporated into OS/RFS nomograms; its molecular mechanism was not experimentally resolved in this study.
