Description:

In colorectal cancer, circKDM1A is up-regulated and promotes proliferation, migration/invasion, and metastasis while inhibiting apoptosis. METTL1-mediated m7G modification (GG motif-dependent) stabilizes circKDM1A, which sponges miR-147b-3p to upregulate PDK1 and activate the AKT pathway; high circKDM1A is associated with poor prognosis.
