It mainly localizes to the cytoplasm and promotes CRC progression by sponging miR-3174, thereby increasing RBFOX2 expression (circRNA_0017065/miR-3174/RBFOX2 axis). High circ_0017065 expression correlates with invasive clinicopathological features.
