In HCC, circCCNB1 is down-regulated and functions as a miR-106b-5p sponge to maintain GPM6A expression. Silencing circCCNB1 lowers GPM6A, elevates DYNC1I1, activates AKT/ERK phosphorylation, and promotes cell-cycle progression, proliferation, invasion/metastasis, and xenograft tumor growth.
