Description:

circ-CREBBP is up-regulated in glioma tissues and cells, and its high expression is associated with poor overall survival. Functionally, circ-CREBBP promotes glioma proliferation, migration, invasion, tumor growth and glutamine catabolism while suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, it sponges miR-375 to relieve repression of GLS, forming a circ-CREBBP/miR-375/GLS axis.
