In osteosarcoma, BMSC-derived EVs deliver circRNA-0010220 into OS cells, where it localizes to the nucleus and binds EZH2. This promotes EZH2-mediated H3K27me3 at the CTNNBIP1 promoter, suppressing CTNNBIP1 and activating Wnt/beta-catenin signaling, thereby enhancing proliferation, migration/invasion, and metastasis.
