Description:

circCTNNB1 is up-regulated in lung cancer and associated with poor prognosis. It promotes proliferation, migration and invasion while suppressing senescence, and enhances tumor growth in vivo. Mechanistically, circCTNNB1 sponges miR-186-5p to increase YY1, and YY1 transcriptionally activates circCTNNB1, forming a positive feedback loop that activates the Wnt/beta-catenin pathway.
