| Clinical significance: |
Higher CircUBE2D2 expression is associated with poorer overall survival in OC patients; associated with lymphatic metastasis and tumor differentiation. |
| Description: |
CircUBE2D2 is up-regulated in ovarian cancer tissues/cells and mainly localizes to the cytoplasm. It promotes malignant phenotypes and tumor growth by sponging miR-885-5p to de-repress HMGB1 (circUBE2D2/miR-885-5p/HMGB1 ceRNA axis). High CircUBE2D2 expression is associated with poorer overall survival in OC patients. |
