Hsa_circ_0001098/circRNA_BARD1 is up-regulated in TCDD-treated breast cancer samples and MCF-7 cells. Its overexpression suppresses proliferation, arrests the cell cycle, promotes apoptosis, and inhibits xenograft tumor growth and metastasis, at least partly through the miR-3942-3p/BARD1 regulatory axis.
