Description:

circ-ABCB10 is up-regulated in thyroid cancer tissues and thyroid cancer cell lines. Functional assays indicate that circ-ABCB10 promotes thyroid cancer cell proliferation and invasion in vitro, at least partly by targeting and negatively regulating KLF6. The study proposes the circ-ABCB10/KLF6 axis as a potential therapeutic target for thyroid cancer.
