circPHGDH is up-regulated in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues and cell lines and mainly localizes to the cytoplasm. Silencing circPHGDH suppresses proliferation, migration, tumor growth and lung metastasis, and reduces glycolysis by acting as a ceRNA for miR-122-5p to regulate PKM2.
