circPRMT5 is up-regulated in osteosarcoma cell lines and mainly localized in the cytoplasm. It promotes proliferation, migration and invasion and inhibits apoptosis by recruiting the RBP CNBP to enhance CDK6 mRNA stability and translation, thereby increasing CDK6 and malignant activity.
