Description:

circEPSTI1 is up-regulated in the serum/plasma of endometrial cancer patients and can discriminate EC from healthy controls by ROC analysis. High serum circEPSTI1 correlates with more aggressive clinicopathological features and predicts worse PFS/OS, supporting its use as a circulating diagnostic/prognostic biomarker (especially combined with MIF).
