It promotes NSCLC proliferation, migration, invasion and metastasis while inhibiting apoptosis and facilitating cell-cycle progression. Mechanistically, it functions as a miRNA sponge for miR-1287-5p to increase PFN2 expression, and high circ-SLC16A1 expression is associated with poorer patient survival and more advanced disease features. |
