circ_0009910 is up-regulated in breast cancer tissues and supports oncogenic phenotypes. siRNA knockdown of circ_0009910 in MCF-7 cells reduces proliferation and migration, increases miR-145-5p, and decreases MUC1, supporting a circ_0009910/miR-145-5p/MUC1 regulatory axis. Clinically, higher circ_0009910 is associated with lymph node invasion and shows diagnostic potential by ROC analysis.
