Description:

circ-PTTG1IP is up-regulated in RA synovial tissues and RA-FLSs. It promotes RA-FLS proliferation, migration, invasion and inflammatory cytokine secretion while suppressing apoptosis, mainly by acting as a cytoplasmic sponge for miR-671-5p to upregulate TLR4 expression.
