Description:

This study identifies circPIM3 as an up-regulated circRNA in Tax-resistant NSCLC tissues and cells. circPIM3 promotes Tax resistance and malignant phenotypes by sponging miR-338-3p and increasing TNFAIP8, while circPIM3 silencing enhances Tax sensitivity in vitro and in a xenograft model. High circPIM3 expression is associated with poorer overall survival.
