Circ_KIAA1199 is up-regulated in colorectal cancer tissues and cells and acts as an oncogenic circRNA. Its knockdown suppresses CRC cell proliferation, survival, migration, invasion and xenograft tumor growth, partly through release of miR-34c-5p and consequent inhibition of MSI1.
