This study identifies exosomal circ0008274 as a key circRNA downregulated in the MNNG-induced malignant transformation model and in TGES-1-derived exosomes. Hesperetin restores/upregulates exosomal circ0008274, which suppresses malignant phenotypes (proliferation, migration/invasion, EMT, and stemness) in recipient GES-1 cells by sponging miR-526b-5p (ceRNA mechanism).
