circ_104797 (from TLE4 exons 6-7) is up-regulated in bladder cancer, especially in cisplatin-resistant cells, and high expression is associated with worse overall survival. m6A modification increases circ_104797 stability; demethylation via dCas13b-ALKBH5 reduces circ_104797, suppressing proliferation/migration and increasing apoptosis, partly through sponging miR-103a and miR-660-3p. |
