Description:

CircRIP2 is up-regulated in NSCLC tissues and cell lines and high expression predicts poorer OS and DFS. Functionally, it promotes NSCLC cell growth, proliferation, migration and metastasis. Mechanistically, cytoplasmic circRIP2 sponges miR-671-5p to relieve repression of FOXM1, forming the circRIP2/miR-671-5p/FOXM1 regulatory axis.
