This study shows that Sinomenine reduces circTRPM7 expression in gastric cancer cells. CircTRPM7 counteracts Sinomenine's antitumor effects by promoting cell growth, proliferation, migration, invasion and metastasis while suppressing apoptosis, mainly through the circTRPM7/miR-145-5p/PBX3 regulatory axis.
