Description:

circRPPH1 is upregulated in TNBC and its high expression predicts poor overall survival. Functionally, it promotes proliferation, migration/invasion, EMT, cell-cycle progression and tumor growth/metastasis. Mechanistically, ZNF460 increases circRPPH1 expression, and circRPPH1 sponges miR-326 to upregulate ITGA5 and activate FAK/PI3K/AKT signaling.
