circZNF800 (hsa_circ_0082096), derived from ZNF800 and enriched in GSLC exosomes, is up-regulated in GBM and mainly localized in the cytoplasm. It promotes GBM proliferation and migration and inhibits apoptosis by sponging miR-139-5p to increase PIEZO1 and activate downstream FAK/Akt signaling, and high circZNF800 predicts poorer survival.
