Description:

circ_MAPK9 is up-regulated in HCC and acts as an oncogenic circRNA. It sponges miR-642b-3p to de-repress STAT3 and LDHA, enhancing STAT3 activation and LDHA-associated glycolysis, thereby promoting proliferation, migration/invasion, and tumor growth while inhibiting apoptosis; high circ_MAPK9 predicts poor survival.
