Description:

circNCOR1 is a human NCOR1-derived circRNA that is downregulated after irradiation in TNBC cell lines. Its overexpression promotes proliferation and colony formation, inhibits radiation-induced apoptosis, and decreases radiosensitivity by sponging hsa-miR-638 to increase CDK2 expression. In xenograft tumors, circNCOR1 overexpression partially reverses radiation-induced tumor structural loosening and apoptosis.
