Description:

circFNDC3B is down-regulated in osteosarcoma and functions as a tumor suppressor, inhibiting OS cell proliferation, migration, invasion and xenograft tumor growth. Mechanistically, RBM47 promotes circFNDC3B biogenesis via binding flanking introns, and circFNDC3B competitively binds IGF2BP1 to reduce FNDC3B mRNA stability, contributing to a circular FNDC3B/FNDC3B mRNA imbalance.
